Global Ocean pH as Measured from 1910 through 1920
This page documents what appear to be the first official instrumental measurements of ocean pH (extracted from NOAA’s WOD).
These early results through the North Atlantic region likely added significant confidence in the emerging application of contemporary instrumentation for scientific measurement of ocean pH anywhere on the globe.
